Deposit Policy
All services require a $25.00 non refundable deposit. The deposit is applied to your service. You may pay the minimum required deposit or you may pay for your service in full. If you have a voucher you will be required to provide a credit card to keep on file to schedule your service. Your credit card will not be charged.
Non Invasive Lipo
All new clients interested in this service are required to schedule a consultation. The consultation fee is $25.00 and can not be waived. Please schedule your consultation before purchasing this service or any vouchers. Non Invasive Lipo Sessions are to be completed within 30 days. Special circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Cancellation Policy & Refund
Pure Royal Finesse takes pride in valuing the time of our clients as well as our staff. Missed Appointments and last minute cancellations affect the schedule of the Therapist and/or Specialist and takes away from other clients who have a desire to schedule a service. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged a $25 reschedule fee. All no show/no call appointments will result in any deposit or amount paid to be forfeited and will be required to pay a $25.00 fee to reschedule. If you have a voucher from any source and are considered a no show, your credit card will be charged a $25.00 no show fee to the credit card on file. If you are 15 minutes late or more your service will be rescheduled.
There are no refunds on any services and can not be transferred to other services. Services must be rendered within 30 days of purchase.
As this is your time as well as other clients time to enjoy your services.
